Guidelines
1. Reminders of Project Application:
(1) Those who are applying for the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) Projects for the first time are requested to complete the following two procedures before submitting the NSTC Projects.
* Complete 6 hours of academic ethics education course training and upload certifications to the NTHU Information System.
* Register an ORCID account and add related information on the ORCID website.

(2) Please pay attention to the deadlines in National Tsing Hua University (NTHU). Applicants are requested to follow the announcements made by the Office of Research and Development.
(3) It is not allowed to use school resources to accept the entrustment of research projects privately. Before conducting entrusted projects, faculty members and researchers in NTHU must sign the contracts with the entrustment or collaboration units in the name of NTHU.

2.Reminders of Project Management Fee:
According to NTHU’regulation (國立清華大學產學合作、政府科研補助或委託辦理收支管理要點(111.09.29) (附表:管理費提列及分配表)),
(1) Each type of the income from industry-university collaboration corresponds to specific management fee allocation and allocation ratio.
(2) The regulations about the management fee set by the government, entrustment or collaboration units shall prevail.
(3) If any Dept./ Inst./ unit of conducting the project needs to reduce the management fee for some considerations, the Dept./ Inst./ unit must submit a formal request to the University for approval.

(1) NSTC Projects for New employees through the way of “applications be accepted and reviewed as they are submitted”:

(2) Corresponding to specific“colleges” and “job responsibilities”, specific contact persons are assigned.
We suggest you to contact the person corresponding to your “college” first.
