Guidelines
1. Reminders of Project Application:
(1) First-time applicants for National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) projects must complete the following two procedures prior to submission.
* Complete at least 6 hours of academic ethics education training courses and upload the training certificate to the NTHU Academic Information Systems.
* Register for an ORCID iD and provide your iD number.

(2) Applicants must strictly adhere to NTHU's internal deadlines. Please follow the official announcements issued by the Division of Project Management, Office of Research and Development.
(3) Faculty members and researchers at NTHU are strictly prohibited from using university resources to undertake research projects in a private capacity. Before conducting any commissioned or collaborative projects, contracts must be officially signed in the name of NTHU.

2. Reminders of Project Management Fee:
According to NTHU regulations (國立清華大學產學合作、政府科研補助或委託辦理收支管理要點(115.03.19) (附表:管理費提列及分配表)),
(1) Different categories of industry-academia collaboration income are subject to specific management fee allocation methods and ratios.
(2) In the event of any discrepancy, the management fee regulations stipulated by the government, funding agencies, or collaborative units shall prevail.
(3) If the implementing department, institute, or unit needs to reduce the management fee due to special considerations, a formal request must be submitted to the University for approval.
