* To streamline the approval and stamping process for project forms and save labor and time, the electronic form system for "Project Processing Form" and "Project Amendment Form" was officially launched on October 17, 2023. During the promotion period until the end of 2023, both paper and electronic forms were acceptef concurrently. Starting 2024, electronic forms were adopted exclusively. Effective August 1, 2026, all submission must be made via electronic forms and paper forms are no longer accepted.

When logging into the NTHU Academic Information Systems and entering the electronic form system to complete the "Project Processing Form" or "Project Amendment Form" operation, we provide bilingual (Chinese and English) instructions for each operation step for your convenience.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the relevant staff member in the Division of Project Management. We suggest you to contact the person corresponding to your "college" first.

*Three subsidies:
* In line with the university's sustainable development goals, the Office of Research and Development has also promoted paperless and electronic application processes. The electronic form system for three subsidies was officially launched on November 18, 2025. During the promotion period until the end of 2025, both paper and electronic forms were accepted concurrently. Starting 2026, electronic forms were adopted exclusively and all submission must be made via electronic forms.
* Applications for the three subsidies for each year will be open after the R&D Office's annual budget is approved, which is expected to begin in April of each year.
