 * To streamline the approval and signing process for project forms while saving labor and time, the eForm System for the "Project Processing Form" and "Project Amendment Form" was officially launched on October 17, 2023. During the transitional promotion period through the end of 2023, both paper and electronic forms were accepted concurrently. Starting in 2024, electronic forms became the exclusive method for submissions. Effective August 1, 2026, all submissions must be processed strictly through the eForm System, and paper forms will no longer be accepted.

When logging into the NTHU Academic Information Systems and entering the eForm System to complete the "Project Processing Form" or "Project Amendment Form", we provide bilingual (Chinese and English) step-by-step instructions for your convenience.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please first contact the coordinator for your college in the Division of Project Management, Office of R&D.

  • Please submit the "Project Processing Form" at your earliest convenience once the project budget is approved.
  • Prior approval through the relevant procedures is required for any modifications. Please refer to NSTC FAQ No.43.

Three Subsidies

 *Three Subsidies: * In line with the university's sustainable development goals, the Office of Research and Development has also promoted paperless and electronic application processes. The eForm System for the three subsidies was officially launched on November 18, 2025. During the transitional promotion period through the end of 2025, both paper and electronic forms were accepted concurrently. Starting in 2026, electronic forms were adopted exclusively, and all submissions must be processed strictly through the eForm System.

* Applications for the three subsidies open annually once the Office of R&D's budget is approved, which is typically expected around April.
