    1. Concurrently serves as the executive director of the Division of General R&D Administration, overseeing the operations of the the Division of General R&D Administration.
    2. Assisting the Vice President for Research and Development in managing the affairs of the Research and Development Department.
    3. Assisting in supervising major project plans within the Research and Development Department.
    4. Facilitating communication and coordination across divisions and within divisions.
    5. Handling other assigned tasks.
