Our university will accept applications until April 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

一、申請期限：115年04月24日(五)下午5：00止
二、本次補助受理115年7月1日至115年12月31日間辦理之活動。
三、補助項目：
(一)於國內辦理之國際學術研討會、研習營或學術講座。
(二)赴海外舉辦之教育展、辦理招生宣導活動或校際間國際學術研討會。
(三)其他依教育部政策所認定之國際學術教育交流活動。
※補助項目屬藝文、音樂展演、參加國際節日及國際技藝能比賽等活動者，不予補助。
※國際學術研討會、研習營或學術講座，其參與國家應有三國以上（包括地主國，不包括大陸、港、澳等地區），且與會外籍講員人數應占會議所邀請全部講員人數四分之一以上。
四、申請方式：
申請補助者請於115年4月24日（五）下午5：00前完成下列事項：
(一) 請將下列書面資料各一式三份（均須完成用印）送達研發處（計畫管理組蘇暐珍小姐，行政大樓三樓），由本處彙整後統一函送教育部。
(二) 請將電子檔（限PDF檔）依下列順序Email weicsu@mx.nthu.edu.tw。
1.活動計畫書（ 附件一）
註：計畫書右下角的「機關首長：（蓋章）」，請填「用印簽辦單」，到文書組蓋校長中文簽名章(藍色)。
2.活動經費申請表（附件二）
註：表格中的「申請金額」欄位請填欲向教育部申請補助的金額，另外也可於計畫書內再附上整個計畫的經費規劃明細，供教育審核參考。
註：表格中的「首長」請至秘書處核章。
3.活動自評表（附件三）
4.受邀赴國外者，教育部得要求檢附邀請函。

Ministry of Education Subsidy for Hosting International Academic and Educational Exchange Activities (2026 First Round)
1. Application Deadline: April 24, 2026 (Friday) at 5:00 PM (internal deadline)
2. Eligible Activity Period: Activities must take place between July 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026.
3. Subsidy Categories:
(1)Domestic Activities: Hosting international academic conferences, workshops, or lectures in Taiwan.
※ Activities related to the arts, music performances, participation in international festivals, and international skill competitions are not eligible for subsidies.
※ International academic conferences, workshops, or lectures must include participants from at least three countries (including the host country, but excluding Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau). Furthermore, at least one-fourth of the invited speakers must be foreign scholars.
(2)Overseas Activities: Organizing educational fairs, promoting student recruitment, and hosting international academic conferences abroad.
(3)Other Activities: International academic and educational exchange programs recognized by the Ministry of Education's policies.
4. Application Process:
Applicants must complete the following procedures by April 24, 2026 (Friday) at 5:00 PM:
(1) Submit three printed copies of the required documents in the order listed below (all copies must be officially stamped) to Ms. Wei-Chen Su, Office of Research and Development, 3rd Floor, General Building I.
The Office of Research and Development will consolidate all applications and forward them to the Ministry of Education.
(2) Email the electronic files (PDF format only) of the required documents in the order listed below to Ms. Wei-Chen Su at weicsu@mx.nthu.edu.tw
(3) Required Documents:
A. Activity Proposal (Attachment 1)
Note: For the “Head of the Agency (stamp)” field in the bottom right corner of the proposal, applicants are required to submit a Stamping Application Form to the Division of Correspondence and Documentation to obtain the President’s Chinese signature stamp (in blue ink).
B. Activity Budget Application Form (Attachment 2)
Note: The "Requested Amount" field should indicate the amount requested from the Ministry of Education. In addition, a detailed budget plan for the entire project may be included in the proposal for the Ministry’s review.
Note: The "Head of the Agency" field must be stamped by the Office of the Secretariat.
C. Activity Self-Assessment Form (Attachment 3)
D. For international participants, the Ministry of Education may require an official invitation letter.
