教育部國際及兩岸教育司112年第2期「補助辦理國際學術教育交流活動」申請，研發處受理時間為即日起至10月24日下午5：00止。
說明：
1. 申請期限：112年10月24日下午5：00止
2. 本次補助受理113年1月1日至113年6月30日間辦理之活動。
3. 補助項目：
註：補助項目屬藝文、音樂展演、參加國際節日及國際技藝能比賽等活動者，不予補助。
(1) 於國內辦理之國際學術研討會、研習營或學術講座。
註：國際學術研討會、研習營或學術講座，其參與國家應有三國以上（包括地主國，不包括大陸、港、澳等地區），且與會外籍講員人數應占會議所邀請全部講員人數四分之一以上。
(2) 赴海外舉辦之教育展、辦理招生宣導活動或校際間國際學術研討會。
(3) 其他依教育部政策所認定之國際學術教育交流活動。
4. 申請方式：
申請補助者請於112年10月24日下午5：00前將下列書面資料各一式三份(三份皆須用印完成)，送達研發處綜合企畫組藍惠美小姐處(校內分機35542，hmlan@mx.nthu.edu.tw)，由研發處彙整統一發文函送教育部。
(1)活動計畫書（如附件一）
註：計畫書右下角的「機關首長：（蓋章）」，請填「用印簽辦單」，到文書組蓋校長中文簽名章(藍色)。
(2)活動經費申請表（如附件二）
註：表格中的「申請金額」欄位請填整個計畫在補(捐)助項目上的金額(而不是只列出欲向教育部申請補助的金額)，另外也可以再附上整個計畫的經費規劃明細，供教育審核參考。
註：表格中的「首長」請至秘書處核章。
(3)活動自評表（如附件三）
(4) 受邀赴國外者，教育部得要求檢附邀請函。

2. Period of Exchange Activities：January 1 to June 30, 2024
3. Subsidy items：
Remarks：Activities belonging to arts, music performances, international festivals and international skills competition activities are excluded.
(1) International academic conferences, seminars or academic lectures held in Taiwan, R.O.C.
Remarks：The number of countries participating in shall be at least 3 countries including Taiwan, R.O.C., and exclude China, Hong Kong and Macao. The number of foreign speakers shall be more than a quarter of the total number of speakers invited in the conference.
(2) Education exhibitions, students recruiting activities or cross-university international academic conferences held in foreign countries
(3) Other international academic and educational exchange activities approved by policies of MOE
4. Application procedures：
Applicants please prepare the following documents in triplicate, affix seals on the documents, and then submit to Ms. Hui-Mei Lan at Office of R&D, NTHU. Office of R&D will submit all application documents to MOE for review.

(2) Budget Application Form（attachment 2）
(3) Activity Self-Review Form（attachment 3）
(4) Invitation Letter（probably requested in the cases of going abroad to attend activities）
