一、國科會與菲律賓科技部(Department of Science and Technology, DOST)依據雙方代表處簽署之科技合作基本協議，共同推動雙邊科技研究，並於2022年12月雙方議定，受理申請2024年臺菲火山海洋颱風地震(VOTE)雙邊協議合作研究計畫。

二、申請資格： 
臺方申請人須符合「國家科學及技術委員會專題研究計畫作業要點」主持人資格。菲方計畫主持人資格須符合菲律賓DOST之規定。

三、合作領域：
       (一) Volcanic monitoring and characterization from Taiwan to the Philippine mobile belt 
       (二) Mechanism and hazard of submarine or onshore landslides in the Philippines 
       (三) Crustal structure of the Manila accretionary prism and the related forearc basins 
       (四) Prediction of tropical cyclones around Taiwan and Philippines 
       (五) Quantitative rainfall estimation and prediction for severe weather by combining radar, satellite, and surface observations 
       (六) Geodetic studies onshore and offshore Luzon island. 
       (七) Seismic monitoring and large earthquakes model 
       (八) Tectonic evolution of the Taiwan-Luzon arc

四、作業時程： 
       (一)校內截止時間：5月30日(二)早上9點。
       (二) 計畫執行期間：自2024年1月1日至2026年12月31日，為期3年，雙方研究計畫之執行期間須相同。
