The applicable periods and reference information are as follows:

4Important Notes
(1) Eligibility and Application
Applicants must be full-time faculty members or research personnel of NTHU. Co-appointed faculty and research personnel within the University shall submit their applications through their primary appointing unit.
Faculty members jointly appointed by the College of Semiconductor Research and another NTHU college may choose to apply through either their primary appointing college or the College of Semiconductor Research, but may submit an application through only one of these units.
Applicants should select the applicable award categories and complete the required questions in the system in accordance with the award criteria established by their respective college/center and submit their applications before the application deadline specified by that unit.
(2) “NTHU Scholars” Platform
As the former “Knowledge Hub” platform has been replaced by “NTHU Scholars,” applicants who need to update their research achievement records are advised to complete the updates as early as possible.
After new research achievement information is entered, the data will be transferred to the Academic Research Award System according to the following schedule:
Scholar Profile (Honors): Synchronized immediately with the Academic Research Award System.
Research Achievements: Library review (within 3 working days). Once approved, the results will be automatically synchronized with the Academic Research Award System.
Teaching and Service: Data will be transmitted via a scheduled API on weekdays and imported into the Academic Research Award System on the following day.

Since synchronization of data from the NTHU Scholars platform to the Academic Research Award System requires processing time, applicants are advised not to update their data only shortly before the application deadline, as insufficient review time may affect the subsequent application process.
